After I had a massive heart attack in 2020 and survived, I realized I was put on earth for a greater purpose. For the past 30 years, my only focus was being the best I could be, for me. I wanted to be the best bodybuilder, and the best personal trainer. But I wanted to do more, help more.Which is why I opened Fitness Addiction.

I wanted to create an environment for the Sacramento community where people could come in and change their lives. My Wife and I have over 37 years of combined experience and over 2500 clients we’ve helped. with a gym to call our own, we can open our doors to people with every level of fitness background, and help them reach their goals and enjoy the body they’ve always longed for.
